Class of 2026 Honor Cords
Seniors who choose to “SERVE, LEAD, SUCCEED” through community service gain memorable experiences, build character and contribute to their community. Therefore, we would like to honor any senior who completes 120 hours of time during their senior year from June 1, 2025, through April 9, 2026, with a special Senior Service Honor Cord to be worn at graduation.
Service refers to voluntary actions performed by students that contribute to the well-being, improvement, or support of their school, community, or other people without monetary compensation. Eligible service activities should demonstrate a positive impact, responsibility, and commitment, such as helping others, organizing community events, participating in environmental cleanups, assisting in school programs, or supporting charitable organizations. Activities performed as part of a paid job or for family members do not qualify as service.
All hours need to be completed, posted and verified on MaiaLearning by April 9, 2026. A list of honor cord recipients will be posted by April 20, 2026.
